These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the River Doodles (Riverdoodles LLC) text messaging program.
SMS Program Description
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from River Doodles. Messages may include responses to inquiries, puppy availability and upcoming litter updates, reservation and appointment reminders, and occasional promotions.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Text HELP for assistance.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.
Carrier Liability
Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and use the River Doodles SMS program.
